How to load your new .rb ebook into your Rocket eBook reader |
1> Download the books to your computer, following the instructions that Awe-Struck sent to you, including the unzipping step that you need a password for.
2> Start up Rocket Librarian, put your Rocket in its cradle, and turn it on. Choose the Import option on the File menu.
3> An "open" box will pop up, and you'll be able to move around your hard drive and find the Awe-Struck rb files you just downloaded and unzipped.
4> Choose one of them and hit the "open" button in the open box. The book you choose should then get loaded into the Rocket Librarian (so that it's listed in the window where the titles that belong to you are listed), and you'll probably get an opportunity to also load it right to your Rocket reader at the same time. (If you don't get this opportunity, it probably means that your Rocket isn't completely in its cradle and turned on. But don't worry. You can always choose "Send Title" later when the Rocket is in place.)
That's it! You should now have your Awe-Struck title on your Rocket. If you want to download the latest software for your Rocket, go to-

8> Now, start up ebook librarian, plug your REB1100 into your computer, and turn it on, and choose Import File from one of the menus.
