Before we can publish your book, you will need to download the all-important Author Information Questionnaire, AIQ.
Please fill one out for each title at least five months before your release date. Send copies to Kathryn and to Dick. Please remember to send us updated information as you get it.
IMPORTANT: You will need Winzip to open this file. If you don't have it, download a free trial copy from winzip.com , then install it on your PC. If you own a Mac, you already have the power to unzip the file with Stuffit Expander, which comes free on your computer. It's on your desktop. Just drag the file onto the Expander icon and it will unzip onto your desktop.
