"The
Vixen Princess was a book I enjoyed reading. Ms. Amiri weaves
a compelling and intriguing tale of two people who don't realize
they are truly meant to be together. The fight scenes were drawn
to just the right degree to play a part in the story, yet not
overwhelm it and detract from the love story itself. The interfering
family was just the right touch of humor to keep The Vixen Princess
interesting." Reviewed

"I
loved this tale. It is by far one of the best Celtic historical
romances that I have ever read. The author, Cornelia Amiri, brings
this time period to life. She makes the setting come alive and
seem real. The humorous elements that she adds to the story further
enrich it and make it one book that is very hard to put down.
If you belong to a womans readers group, you must have The
Vixen Princesson your list! I look forward to reading other
books written by Ms. Amiri." Reviewed

amount of humor. The reader will enjoy reading the love story

"The
Vixen Princess is delightful read that will draw readers into
the story from the first page with Lady Nestas declaration
of fighting alongside Arthur and his men. Readers will laugh aloud
at some of the antics of the ghost of Gwydion and Mabons
reactions. Ms. Amiri does a superb job developing the storyline
and characters while adding a few moments of humor. The battle
scenes are not gory but will leave readers chanting for King Arthur
and his people. Lady Nestas character although very headstrong
is not overly so but just enough to prove women can endure and
survive battle. Mabon is not a typical historical hero who scoffs
at a womans attempt to fight but instead embraces Nestas
ability to honor her late husband. Fans of historical romance
will not want to miss The Vixen Princess for it is well deserving
of its Recommended Read status!"

"Ms.
Amiri has done a fantastic job of portraying the battles between
the Celts and Saxons, but it's the battle of hearts between the
two warriors, Mabon and Nesta, that is sure to win you over."

"I
got hooked on this story right from the beginning. The author
did a wonderful job of employing just enough Celtic dialect to
give due credit to the characters heritage, and her use
of humor had me rolling from the start. Nesta is a fiery woman,
one no ordinary man can claim. Mabon is a hardened warrior who
wants nothing more than to give her the love she deserves; yet
he has no idea how to go about it. And when the ghost of Nestas
dead husband joins in on the matchmaking, you cant help
but pity poor Mabon. If youre looking for a humorous and
romantic read, then be sure to pick up a copy of the Vixen Princess."

"The
time period is realistically portrayed, right down to the battles
between the Celts and the Saxons. Cornelia Amiri obviously did
her research before ever beginning to write this story. The characters
all remain true to themselves, the action is non-stop and I loved
Gwydion! This is one Celtic/Paranormal romance I recommend!"

"VIXEN
PRINCESS is a story of two older individuals who still believe
there can be life beyond loss, love beyond pain. Watching Mabon
and Nesta as they fall in love, is sweet, quirky, and at times
touching. If you are a fan of unusual books with a paranormal
flare, you might consider reading VIXEN PRINCESS."

"I
really am not much of a romance reader, but this book had far
more of a storyline than what I would expect from a romance book. This
book is well written, easy to read, and the story moves along
quickly. You could easily sit down and read this in one
day because it actually makes you want to keep reading.
I look forward to reading more from Cornelia Amiri."

"The
historical setting of The Vixen Princess is established through
a select sprinkling of details: of time, place, and warring loyalties.
At times, you can almost hear the clash of swords on the wind;
almost feel the tickle of Gwydions breath on the nape of
your neck. Cornelia Amiri has a very strong foothold in the historical
subgenre, and The Vixen Princess is anything but a vexing read.
A little bit bloody and a little bit dangerous, yes. The hero
and heroine are older and wiser than most, and the teasing historical
tidbits in the plot are ever so fascinating. Truly, you have to
love a romance that has Celtic folklore -- mystical, romantic,
mysterious -- at its core. Reviewed
