CUSTOMER SERVICE PROCEDURE:

If you placed an order with us and are waiting for us to send you your book, you need wait no longer. When you placed the order you received the order receipt in your email box. Open it and scroll to the bottom of the receipt. There you will find the URL of the download menu that contains your book. You will also see the password to open your zipped book file. Both Mac and PC users can open this zipped file. Be sure to read the unzipping instructions on the download menu page.

IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER RECEIPT, it's most likely you typed in your email address wrong when you ordered. (This makes it impossible for our automatic cart service to find you.) If you suspect this is the case, email us and tell us the books you ordered. Even though you didn't receive the order receipt with download instructions, rest assured we at Awe-Struck did. We will promptly send you your books by attached email, unzipped, ready to read. Be sure to tell us the titles AND formats of the books you ordered.

REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOUR PROBLEM MIGHT BE, please be sure to send us your order receipt so we can quickly send out your books. If you didn't receive your order receipt, tell us the titles AND formats of the books you ordered.
